It makes sense for Bruce to do the National Anthem, with songs such as American Land (bonus track from Wrecking Ball). Unfortunately, he probably won't be given the privilege and this is probably just a stupid poll that no one will take serious. I just don't know how many more times I can hear that outdated version being sung. It's not catchy, everyone always messes up the lyrics, it has TOO many lyrics, ugh.

Bruce Springsteen to re-write National Anthem
First and foremost, apologies for the lack of posts lately. Been working like a dog...well, I guess if dogs worked a lot or at all. But enough about me, let's talk about someone people care about slightly more: The Boss. A recent poll done by 60 Minutes and Vanity Fair names Springsteen as the leading choice to re-write the National Anthem. Following Bruce was Dolly Parton, Stevie Wonder, Bob Dylan and Weird Al.. Okay I may have added the last one.
