Lost my Sunglasses, what does this have to do with Jack White?

 So about two months ago I dug up this old pair of sunglasses I had.  Not just any old sunglasses, they were eh hem, Ray Bans sunglasses.  I bought them forever ago, and within the first month of owning them, a couple of the screws fell out and immediately vanished.  Yeah, just like that.  I wasn't even like, being violent with them or anything... Now anyone who has lost a screw from these things, knows that you can't get a replacement without flying out to Italy and getting them from Ray himself...so I deemed them as dead.

Lana Del Ray sang a song about Courtney Love's Vagina

According to Courtney Love, the Nirvana song "Heart Shaped Box" was written about her vagina, and she wanted to make sure that Lana Del Rey, who recently covered the song, knew.  Courtney reached out to Del Rey via Twitter, but later removed the tweets.  I'd file this under Love being a psychotic attention whore that is most likely jealous that no one covers Hole songs.   She should not have a Twitter account, as even her daughter Frances said(after Love accused Grohl of hitting on her) "Twitter should band my mother".  Love later apologized to Frances with, of course, a tweet, saying "Sorry I believed the gossip. Mommy Loves you".

Heath Ledger's Joker really Tom Waits?

 There has been much speculation as of late that Heath Ledger's legendary performance as The Joker in The Dark Knight, was inspired by none other than Tom Waits. Tom appeared on an Australian TV show in 1979 acting a little more weird than usual. His posture and voice is uncanny to Ledger's portrayal of the Joker. Could Ledger have seen this interview and then used it as his model?  It's happened before with actors, Johnny Depp named Keith Richards as his inspiration for Captain Jack Sparrow in Pirate's of the Caribbean, and Vin Diesel cited Right Said Fred as the brilliance behind his character Dominic Toretto in the Fast & the Furious.

Stabbing at the Tenacious D concert!

 Move over Cro-Mags, people aren't only being stabbed at your shows now!  Although it has not been confirmed whether an ex member was involved, at the Tenacious D show Sunday night at the House of Blues in Las Vegas, it has been reported that one, or possibly two men have been arrested for stabbing one, but maybe two people following an altercation at the show.  It has not been determined exactly what sparked the altercation, but fans are saying it may have been over a guitar pick.  This whole story surprises me, first because of the fact that the details in the report are so unclear, but secondly because I didn't know people actually attended Tenacious D concerts? 

Those Darlins....ROBBED!

Those Darlins, the great country/punk/rock n roll band from Nashville, have apparently just been burglarized in Minneapolis.  The band just finished a tour with California rockers Best Coast and things appeared to be going great.  So obviously when things are going great, something really shitty always happens to remind you that life is not that good of a thing.

Get Weird Al to the Superbowl this year!

Every year when the superbowl rolls around and I hear that Weird Al will not be performing, I am deeply saddened.  It just isn't fair!  I know some people do not consider Weird Al to be "at that level", probably strictly because he is best known for his parodies... but the Black Eyed Peas?  It was time someone finally did something about it, and now you can help!
