Every year when the superbowl rolls around and I hear that Weird Al will not be performing, I am deeply saddened. It just isn't fair! I know some people do not consider Weird Al to be "at that level", probably strictly because he is best known for his parodies... but the Black Eyed Peas? It was time someone finally did something about it, and now you can help!
We have around 6 months until Superbowl XLVII and we must make our voices heard, WE WANT WEIRD AL OR NO SUPERBOWL AT ALL! You might remember this quote from Obama on Feb. 5th, 2008, just two days after the superbowl...

We are the change that we seek."This was the SAME day that Weird Al released his overdub commentary on the movie Jurassic Park for Rifftrax. You cannot deny, Weird Al was on everybody's mind that day, so was this a coincidence? I think not. Go here and sign the petition to get the accordion filled halftime show we all deserve!
