Tom Waits new video, weirdo approved.

Tom Waits released his new video today for the song "Hell Broke Luce" off of his last record Bad As Me.  The song features Keith Richards and Marc Ribot on guitar, flea on bass and Casey Waits on drums.  The guitar parts Richards plays are pretty obvious, signature Keef, however the bass I can't quite distinguish.  Either way Waits voices sounds like that of a man who has been eating chalk his whole life, and washing it down with turpentine. Pretty awesome.  In the video he is pulling a house with a rope.  That is pretty impressive for a 62 year old man.

If I had that kind of strength, I'd tie a rope around my apartment and pull it to a dump to dispose of the piece of shit.  My landlord was angry today when he was finally told he wouldn't get his rent check until he fixed the bathtub faucet which has been leaking steadily since April.  He said we aren't friends anymore, though it was news to me that we ever were friends. But that's beside the point.
Here is what Waits has to say about the video"

"Matt Mahurin (director) has created an apocalyptic war dream to accompany the song HELL BROKE LUCE. Kathleen and I envisioned it as an enlightened drill sergeant yelling the hard truths of war to a brand new batch of recruits. The video grew from the gnawing image of a soldier pulling his home, through a battlefield, at the end of a rope.
"I think you will agree, it's uplifting and fun."
