It's always nice to have a little extra cash around the holidays. That's why me and my friend are trying to get a paid gig where we hang out naked at a New Years Eve party and pass out hors doeuvres. Explain please? Sure...
Upon my usual search for random shit I can do to make an extra buck until work picks back up, or I start getting some paid advertising on this blog (which could be a while), I stumbled upon this amazing job the other day and promptly responded:
2 nude waiters needed for New Years Eve
If you are interested in bringing the New Year 2013 in with some nice cash in your pocket, please respond to this ad, telling me a little bit about your self. Tell me if you have any waiter experience, if comfortable in the nude. also, please describe yourself, giving stats, and preferably a face and a body picture. Also, tell me what you think a good amount is, and we can discuss this, depending on your experience and stats. I have my amount in mind (it is good!!) but want to make sure we are both talking in the same ballpark before we even go any further.
I need to find somebody quickly, 2 males, possibly 3.
Now I am not sure what is meant by "h/w/p"...but my friend("Sal") seemingly went with "Hiding Weiner w/ Pee-wee Herman", and I guess me("Kenneth") fittingly went with "Huge Weirdo in Pajama's". Funny thing is, these pics are old and were not taken for this purpose....don't ask.
Here is our response:
Hello!
I am responding to the position
you have advertised on craigslist. My friend and I are interested and
could sure use the money! This would also work perfectly because as of
now, we do not have any NYE plans yet. My friend used to work at a
popular restaurant on the lower east side as a waiter, and I have posed
for art classes over at SVA in the nude. We are both very comfortable
with being in the nude. I am 6' tall and 165 lbs, and my friend is 5'11
and 150 lbs. We love the arts and theatre and are currently co-writing
a funny play together involving a struggling archaeologist who after a
strange sequence of events, ends up as an extremely successful mime!
Anyways, as far as pay, we would hope for around $120pp an hour to help
finance the play (or would tips be a possibility?)
No word back as of yet...
